Refund policy

Due to the nature of our small business just starting out, returns are not accepted at this time. This includes sizing errors- please follow our size chart for help or reach out to us for sizing help questions. Our products are made to be CPSC snug fitting compliant, so our sizing (especially cuff sizing on our zip rompers) may seem tighter than other brands. This sizing is U.S. government mandated and we are committed to having our products be safe for sleep. 

Please inspect all items and send an email regarding shipment product error or manufacturing defects within 5 days of delivery confirmation. 

In any situation where there is a shipment product error or a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at our email marieandhenry@yahoo.com with your order number and we will make it right! This may be in the form of a replacement if available, refund, or store credit.
